How long will it take to receive my order?
Most of the year we can ship in a couple days. That time can stretch as we get closer to Christmas, Father's Day and other gift giving holidays. Items will usually be recieved in 10 to 12 days.

How will my order be shipped?
Texas Irons will ship your order via UPS Ground delivery service or US Postal Service Priority Mail (for orders shipped to P.O. boxes, APO addresses, Alaska and Hawaii):

On items being shipped via UPS, delivery usually arrives in two to four business days (Monday through Friday) Note: This does not include time to make your product, pack it and ship it. Please check the product detail pages for estimated time to go out

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we do ship to Canada, if you have a problem placing your order to be shipped to Canada please call our toll free number and we can place the order for you. All Canadian orders will be shipped U.S. Postal, delivery time can range from 5 days to 10 days depending the flow of deliveries through customs.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards as well as Paypal.

How can I check the status of an order online?
If you provide your email address when placing your order, we'll send you a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped. Whether you placed your order over the Internet or by phone, you can check the status online after the order is placed. You will need to provide your order number. Click here for order status

Steak Brand Questions

What size are your steak brands?
The two examples at the left are actual size. The brands usually average around 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 in size. We make them small so they don't char the entire top of the steak.

How do I care for my steak brand?
Just wash with soap and water after each use. The high-grade stainless steel will last for many years and will not rust.

Do these work with my everyday gas grill?
YES. These are not designed to work only with big heavy duty pit cookers. Our brands were actually designed with the gas grills in mind. When the product worked in them we knew it would work in a large pit.

How many initials could I do?
2 to 3 letters is the maximum amount on our Group C orders.

How can you eat whole jalapenos?
Easy and you don't have to love hot foods. These jalapenos are cooked on the grill or in the oven for around 45 minutes. This cooking time will cook most of the intense heat out of the jalapenos. Leaving you with an enjoyable, flavorful appetizer like you have never had before.

Are the recipes hard to make?
Very much the opposite, even the novice cook can prepare these treats with very little effort. Make them for parties and people start to think you're the grilling guru.
